Rafael Prikladnicki is an associate professor in the School of Technology, Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul, Porto Alegre 90450-171, Brazil. His research focuses on distributed and remote work, agile methodologies, software startups, education, diversity, and inclusion, all in the context of Software Engineering. Prikladnicki received his Ph.D. in computer science from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS).
